Here is an view of mine a buddy took from his ultralight. It is most definitely a large area to play with. I need to build a deck on back of the house with a raised seat on the end by the track to serve as a drivers stand.

scr8p you might want to look up easy lap counter if you haven't already. It uses a webcam to count laps and from what little I have used works well.

thanks for the heads up on that. i looked into that this morning, seems pretty simple. just sucks that it goes by color recognition so everyone's bodies will have to be a different color.

I cannot see any fences showing your land boundaries. Is the field to the bottom of that photo yours as well?

I wish but no. There is actually a house being built there now. The property line runs roughly from the power pole to the small fence corner.

Lap Trax is the same. It worked fairly well for me in the day (sun overhead) because I was just cutting laps by myself. The app really struggled as the sun went down, though. The prettier the sunset, the more false counts I would get
