HPI Super Star Wheels Help with Part Numbers Please

Hi guys

I have a pair of HPI Super Star 2500 which are the 2.2 narrow wheels for the front of a 4WD

What is the part number for the matching rears?

I'm thinking 2530 is the correct number

back in the 90´s almost every kyosho Lazer ran the five spoke wheels from HPI does any one sitting on an extra upset of wheels???

It is possible to order them from HPI but they only cary the rear wheels and not the narrov front.

Yeah i have seen that the HPI letters are missing.
I just hope that the offset is what it used to be since i have ordered a pair, time will let us know.

Does anybody know whether the 'chrome' versions were just painted metallic silver?

I have my original set of these - lovely deep dish on the rears and it look like the finish is rubbing off the fronts very slightly in a few places. I was...

These are listed as for JRX2 . Does anyone know did HPI make wheels for specific applications or are these universal if using the HPI bearing/wheel adapter set(s)? If I track down the adapters, could I slam these on a TRX series buggy?...

Soak them in a strong degreaser, chrome will come off.

2nd this. purple power overnight and they were white the next. All chrome in the bottom of the container.

I have a set in black in the BST area :mrgreen: I bought extras to make shipping overseas worthwhile

One really cool thing with JC is you can ask for different combinations of wheels as well, such as two sets of rear instead of narrow fronts
