So in another thread i was asked to do a build thread of my new 22.4....so here we gooooo

I race a Losi SCTE 2.0 short course, so i was very excited to get this

I miss brushed motors in that hazy, everything seemed better when I was a kid, kind of way.

This is cool! I nearly got one myself to sit along side my XX4 I am building, but I've bought too many kits lately.

Looking forward to some progress.

Ok here are more pics...forgot to post....I only have to build the shocks and install the electronics and i am pretty much done

Great build - those are chunky old belts, a lot wider than the XX4 for sure!

Is that the stock spur/slipper pads, or did you drop AE parts on there?

The 1 Way Clicker lockout is much fancier now!

I have to say that the quality of modern TLR parts looks to be exceptional. Wish I could justify buying the 22 or, in this case, the 22-4 but I really can't......as much as I'd like to! On the up side, at least I am able to enjoy build threads like this. :D

Funny that the belts have 'do not bend' written on them!!?!?!?

Surely they mean 'do not crimp' :)
