I have a AYK 566B Super Trail in very good condition, but I miss the two spotlights for the roof (and the lexan driver). I guess these spots are close to impossible to get hold of, so if anyone with a Super Trail could shoot me some good images of the spotlights, as well as measurements, I'll somehow try to make my own.

Thought I should share this find with you guys. Bought it for about $60 just before christmas. It came 100% complete (radio box not in pics) along with unpainted original body. Quite a rare find! I´m far too unpatient to take pics during...

I don't think anybody was suggesting the bodies came from the same mold or were the same. People said the AYK body looked LIKE the SG Coyote body. And I also say they both look LIKE the AYK Gator body. :lol:

I´ve always been fascinated by the looks of the gearbox on the 566b, so of course I had to have one. For racing, I´d pick the Scorpion over it anyday, but still a very cool and iconic buggy. The main issues with the 566b, now a days, are the price...

Hi

I'm working on restoring a AYK super trail. I will likely make a shock tower for the back and use a different setup in the front. I think I need shocks in the rear that would have dual ball joints (at the shaft and at the shock cap).

i just picked up a near mint ayk super trail bison, the body is in great shape but the paint is flaking terriably. looks like someone used normal paint instead of lexan paint. anyways will the sg coyote body fit it . or anyideas on how to get the...

Great build ! I'd just confirm the above , I fitted the 556 body on my Coyote and its possible but not a direct fit at all .

95% finished with a resto, just need the front ball joints part RB16...tried to form something in the interim but having issues...basically need a typical ball join that gets threaded through the suspension mount, where the ball itself has a hole...
