RC10 team pit stop tranmission

Hi all found this RC10 team pit stop transmission in my parts boxes I think I wanted to make a 4x4 RC10 with it back in the 80s,has anybody used this transmission on there cars.

Those are a cool trans. Haven't held one in years but used them back in the day

Built would indicate that the car was finished.

Car is still as it is in that thread. Found that the short arms were too swept back with the front diff in that position and while deciding how to proceed my interest in building any RC (not just that 4wd) has gone to pot. :|

Very cool collection of MIP parts. I don't see the MIP rear tranny though. are you going to use this team pitstop tranny with that MIP 4x100 4wd ?

TPS trans wouldn't work....no idler gear.

agreed. From reading his first post in the thread he says "I think I wanted to make a 4x4 RC10 with it back in the 80s"

He really needs the proper MIP transmission. with this front tranny you need to come off the top shaft of the rear.

Hopefully he's got four...three to match his front boxes and one extra to send me. :mrgreen:

The Rc10 black case trans are easy enough to find and he could make a stock Tamiya trans work for the Srb build.
