I had no idea........

Post by kiohio »

Hello,
I'm Jeff from Southeastern Ohio and I have a problem......
My fiance's son has 2 RC cars, an Arrma Vortek and a Redcat Everest 10 he has lead me BACK down the path of RC
I had no idea that I should have kept my old beat up RC10 from 1987, NO IDEA it was a "classic", I sold it for nothing in probably 89.
Which leads me back to here, gathering info for my new (old) RC10 that I have purchased.
We are just bashers, maybe build a track out back sometime just for fun.
Lots of good info here.
Thank you for having such an awesome place with more info than could ever be imagined.

Welcome Jeff!

I priced my RC10s too high back then and they never sold....I came here, ended up restoring them about 8 years ago and now, according to my wife, I have too many.

Prepare yourself for a snowball effect. You might not anticipate it to happen, but before you know it, you'll have more than just one RC10.

Thank you for the welcome!!
Didn't take long to pick up more, I've already grabbed a couple of "parts" RC10's on eBay.
The more I look at this one the more I think I may just shelf it and build one of the parts buggies to actually run.
