Corally

Post by R Cane »

This is for sale near me... I've never had a Corally, but I've heard some decent things about some of them.
Is this a good one? He says it's been in the box since he built it in '91...

That's Corally's first 1/10 car the SP-10...so very collectible if you're into pan cars. V12 has a good write-up about them on his site: https://classicrc.wordpress.com/1-10/corally-2/corally-sp10/

Pro-10-Classic.com has got an RCCA review scanned that you can check out too: http://www.pro10-classic.com/eng/pro10modelle1989corallysp10x.html

I had one for a short time in the early 90's. No one around here stocked parts so I unloaded it. Still actually have a new pair of front mounted foams for it.

Thanks for the link, Phin...I found a nice write-up on the Lucas Agitator there that I didn't have, with some installation tips I didn't know about. :)

It is a great car.

They made a carbon fiber chassis after this one which was lighter and with more FWD bite.

But this one is the first.

It is a big SP12 Which was several times European Champion !
