Re: Vote for the next stuff to make.

Post by Burniefloyd »

I put the list into a spreadsheet so I could sort by wheelbase in case anyone is interested.

I can't share the excel file so I put it into Google sheets and created a link. Hopefully it works.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16ccao62L_vXbiv_Yz3g4X25kQHvYdN17vwA4NOs5U0Y/edit?usp=drivesdk

Currently the list is sorted by rear width, front width then wheelbase.

Wow! I NEVER thought we'd see these again. I was sure they were in a landfill somewhere.
You have discovered the 5 of the 7 bodies I have been looking for!

BL2099 Arundel 1/12
BL2015 Aerotech 1/12
BL2336 Shelby Can Am 1/10
Alternate Porsche 917K 1/12
BL2071 Scirocco 1/12

Get busy and thanks for rescuing them!

Probably the wrong place to ask but, will you be making more Lola T91 Indy bodies? Or any more 1/12 Cheetah bodies?

I have some more Lola bodies I will put up today on eBay. But once those are gone that is probably going to be it for me making them any time soon. The form will go back to RAE.

The Cheetah is semi retired I think. That body and another old 1/12 Camaro are such poor designs that they are very difficult to remove from the form. They have such big undercuts that getting the finished part off results in damage to the body. (even the "pros" struggled in their shop)

If you want Lola from me, tonight is last night. Mold and remaining inventory that is on eBay is going to RAE Thursday.
Not sure what he is going to do from there with them.

Same applies to the 1/10 Heavy Marrow and Nissan NPT bodies. They are all from RAE BoLink Molds.

Call up RCCARKINGS. They have them right now and Roy at RAE has medical issues that prevent him from doing a whole lot right now.

Still interest in the 1/12 scale Arundle. I’ll buy at least 2. Also, do you have the hatchback version of the Greenwood Vette in 1/12 scale? I thought I saw a picture of the mold on you webpage some time back?
