Electric install.
8.5 brushless motor
Lipo battery.
El cheapo 'blue' ESC £14 off eBay.
KO FET servo I had lying around and a 2.4 GHZ receiver.

I have given it a couple of runs and it handles great, on the first run I had an issue with the rear diff screw breaking but no problems after that. The slipper seems to be doing a good job of not letting the motor destroy the drivetrain and the ESC hasn't given out its magic smoke, not yet at least.
