Need either wheels or bearings for RC10L2

In a recent trade I obtained what use to be a RC10L2 however it has a wider custom chassis plate, a custom made Kaydex rear brace and in-line front axles. The front axle part number is 8443. I had a set of 10L wheels in my parts stash but they have the smaller flanged bearings in them. My question is, what bearings do a replaced the old ones with and if I can’t what wheels do I get that will accommodate bearings for the 8443 axles?

8443 are 3/16 axles
10L wheels are made for a 5/16 flanged bearing
Thus you need a 3/16 x 5/16 flanged bearing (same as the RC10 used)

Original axles were 1/8”
