Hello new to this board, I am 46 from Italy and currently mega happy for my latest find, a barn find...3 rc cars that i considered lost in the early 90's. An Sg Tag coyote 4wd (kyosho megamotor) 1/10 buggy, a Tamiya Porsche 959 Dakar rally model 58059 1/12 (Tamiya Black motor) and finishing with a Kyosho Porsche 962 Kremer 1/10 (kyosho megamotor otlaw) all withe their Sanwa dash remotes. Both the Kyosho and the Coyote are in mint conditions, the 959 has a healthy frame but the body has been beaten up, but how iconic it is....what a day it was for me!

It's awesome when you find things you forgot you even had. Welcome to the board. Can't wait to see those cleaned up.
Happy days indeed ! Fantastic first post as well , we'd love to see details of the restorations , looks like it should keep you busy for a while
If a jobs not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well.
A problem shared is a problem halved but an advantage shared is no advantage at all.
OK, so not quite a barn find, but giving the condition it is in, I felt the title was appropriate!
I've owned this Madcap since new - I'm not sure of the year - but it was a Christmas present from my parents sometime in the early Nineties. After...

I also found my old fast charger - I remember saving up hard for this bad boy - originally I only had one battery and the slow charger, so I was limited to about one run a day!
Can these old nicad units charge nimh batteries? If not, what is my best...

So.... i have posted a few of my old race cars on the forum already, and they are the usual RC10 and Yokomo offerings, but when i was just getting into R/C i always lusted after the adverts of the TAG Coyote which was posted in Radio Race Car...

Sorry I did not see someone was kind enough to respond!
Anything really. I have most of the chassis.
So mainly suspension and drivetrain parts.
I'm thinking this is probably a Tag not SG Coyote based on the fact that it has TAG on the speedo , i think i got lucky with this one as its so complete , even the broken top arm and missing dog bone seen in the Ebay pictures were in the box that...
Found this YZ10 last week, the owner bought it as a kit in '94,ran it four times on asphalt and shelved it.
The tires were dry rotted and one shock was slightly leaky.
I couldn't get over how original it was,all of the kit screws are there,no rounded...

possible. When we had the LHS he knew I liked the white parts and he had a newish all white parts black pan and he did NOT like white parts so he paid me to change them all to black...which I was happy to...
