RC10T Cliff Lett Edition Kit
Awesome! But…. If I show my wife this , she will throw something at me. I am so pleased of all these kits coming out. I want them all.. but I will end up with a bumper sticker on my car saying” my wife said she would leave me if I buy another rc kit, gee I’m sure gonna miss her.” .. I would last about a week on my own, so in the long run it’s not a good idea at this time..

Yeah, I will pass on this one too, as I have 2 already, covered here in this and original forum. But that box art! I need that for display!

Re: RC10T Cliff Lett Edition Kit
Watched the video... 5:05 to 5:20... Am I the only one who heard him infer that he created the titanium turnbuckles RCPS sold??
"I designed a couple bodies, titanium turnbuckles, titanium hinge pins, just a small group of products initially"
...I guess with Kelly Lunsford gone there's no one to stop him from taking the credit?

Yeah AE just kinda rewrites most of their history these days, probably because half cant remember and the other half don't want to admit they leaned heavily off others

Re: RC10T Cliff Lett Edition Kit
Did Lunsford make the parts for him? I don't have any NIP anymore, but I seem to remember differences between the 2.

Re: RC10T Cliff Lett Edition Kit
Could be differences but my understanding from talking to Kelly is that they made them for rcps. Even the Lunsford changed from cut threads to rolled during their production

Re: RC10T Cliff Lett Edition Kit
Your right about AE trying to make their history different one being they can’t seem to make the re-releases correct (DS) rear bulkhead and the other jacking the price up more than 3 times the original release price.

Was it Cliff with his Yokomo doing speed runs across the hotel pool in one of those Gene Husting videos? Pretty good stuff.
WOT right off the diving board iirc.
