That's a frankenmotor.
It's not a Motown Missile. The only label the MM used said Motown Missile with Jacks sig.

Re: Just another Andy’s Pro buggy build thread
Do all the Andy's arms require longer pins than factory AE parts? I realize that this thread is about a custom build using mostly custom parts but I have a chance to buy a new set of Andys arms front and back for mine. No. Andy's RC10 rear arms use the same 6380 hinge pin as the og AE arms. The fro...

Re: Just another Andy’s Pro buggy build thread
Great build thread, Shane. I will need to borrow those snap ring pliers. I really like seeing the a-arm config since we often see trailing arms on the Pro Race. Is that CAM motor one that I sent you?

Vintage AE Team / Worlds build thread
I acquired a new build buggy from mikea96 several years ago. I was very pleased with his vision, but the purist in me decided to strip it down and make it an AE parts car only. The pic below shows some of the original parts that were sourced. Neon yellow chassis is an original B stamp. Other parts w...

Re: The Official "What is it?" Thread
I sold my spare front bulkhead a couple of months ago. The only spare Pro Race parts I have now are a few that also fit a regular RC10. I need to finish rebuilding my Pro Race buggy and enter it into a BOTM.

There were a lot of great builds this year. I appreciate everyone that voted for my build in Nov as well as this poll for BOTY. Early on I really thought that I was going to have to bribe scr8p with some Buc-ee's beaver nuggets. I guess I get to keep them all to myself now.

Re: Possible Zebra RC10 CE... help requested
If you don't have the instruction manual there's a pdf copy straight from AE. You need the '92 version that is 4 pdf's.

Re: Possible Zebra RC10 CE... help requested
Thanks everyone. Sometimes it's better to be luck than good. Is the body a Protech II? I may try to find a new body and have it done like the box art. Otherwise, I'll probably do a detailing of the mechanicals and leave it original. Viper body. IMO if you aren't going to run the buggy then there's ...

So Associated said there wouldn't be any parts for the CC Straight from them https://www.associatedelectrics.com/news/latest_products/2796-new-parts-for-the-6004-rc10cc-classic-clear-kit/ Not a huge deal to most since I'd imagine not many will be running a clear buggy. People will part out kits on ...

it's starting to look like i'm AGAIN on the hunt for one.............. I'm sure you found the JG decal by now. However, I have several JG vintage pieces that came in a lot and have that older decal if people are still hunting for one. This is just one example, and I may have blue in some of ...

LiquidRC just sold three CC kits for $319 ea free ship, so there are some good sellers out there not looking to make a huge profit.
