Re: THE FANTASTIC FOIL CONTEST
the open cockpit with driver on a production car hinted at it- I dont recall a lot of cars coming with body. The wheel was a dead give a way as far as kyosho goes, but there are so many plazma and fantoms out there I was still just guessing. The MKII was the one I Drooled over in the 1988 Tower cata...

Just out of curiosity, why were you preferring repair over replacement? Future collectability?

Re: THE FANTASTIC FOIL CONTEST

Re: Coyote 4WD
I had one when they were current, it was disappointing! The motor mounted up high, odd battery placement, terrible shocks, and a body that only a mother could love made me want to have a couple on the shelf when i started collecting. I sold them long ago, and miss them dearly. I wouldnt mind re-addi...

old school 3 pin amp connectors
Not sure if anyone is looking but digikey sells the amp brand 2 and 3 pin connectors quite cheap! 4 males and 4 females with 10 pins each and first class mail ran me just under $9. Quanity pricing is way better if you need more. They also have different pins available. Couldnt justify gold plating:-...

Re: Soldering Battery Packs
When soldering batteries it is important to get the heat right, and yet not hold the heat on the cells too long. I use a cheap weller station but have also had great success with the mini butane iron from radio shack and frys. At frys it goes under the isotip brand name. Works awesome and lets you g...

Re: RC10GT Fuel Type?
The percentage is the amount of nitromethane that is in the fuel. 12% or 15% , 10%, 20% they will all work just fine. 20 is just the most common and what i would recommend
