Thanks to the posts here, I did the B4 slipper upgrade, the traxxas ball bearing steering upgrade, found some 2.2" wheels and put some new tyres on and then took it to the local track. This is the first time I've ever driven on a proper track and it was certainly different to the bashing that I'm used to! The track itself was dry and dusty but the surrounding grassed areas were quite wet with some puddles around the sides of the track as well - not very forgiving of going off the track

After 15 minutes (not even one battery!) I'd broken the right hand steering hub (I assume from a bad landing) and had to put the 10 aside (which did give me reason to give my new RC8Be its first drive).
New parts are on their way so I can get back out and do it all again
