My Bruiser
Literally just done the deal on this one , these thing are toooooooo expensive but can you be a Tamiya collector without a Vintage 3 Speed It's going to get a repaint and some box art decals but apparently the chassis needs no work at all, I think it's gunna get a little clean and polish though. Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow.

Experience is that marvelous thing that enables you to recognize a mistake when you make it again.

One guess Shodog, box art baby, box art
One of my mates has had quite a lot of experience restoring these things, his advice was to pay a little more to get a good complete standard one rather than a project cause once you have to go fishing for parts it can be scary money

Sounds like a plan . Anyway here are some back yard pics after a quick wash and polish.MelvinsArmy wrote:Tamiyaclub has some alternative color combo box-art decal sheets. I think they have silver and red, so you could do an alternative color and use those decals. It would be cool to do a black body with the silver decals, or a red one or something like that.

that a very nice truck ferretti. in great condition, too.
a lhs of mine has had a new built, never used bruiser in their showcase for as long as i can remember. done up just like the box art. and obviously, it's in mint condition. i'd love to get my hands on it, and i've asked a few times if i could buy it, but so far it's not for sale. not that i could afford to buy it anyway, but i'd love to have it.
