There is NO way that is Maifields buggy, If it was any way which it isnt, 1: It would have center drilled axles like the Factory Kit does, 2: the front turnbuckles would be perfectly straight, with a maxium of 1/2 camber, 3: A factory driver would not be putting Traxxas speed control stickes on the spoiler because ALL AE driver run LRP speed controls, 4: and probably the most noticable, he would NOT be using a RPM front bumper.

I agree that it is unlikely to be Maifield's rig ...

... however, I would point out that if someone had acquired a sponsored driver's back-up car, there is a really good chance that it wouldn't still have the original electronics in it.

There would be nothing to stop the next owner from putting the more affordable Traxxas BL set-up on board, or putting the including Traxxas stickers on the body, or having the sense to put an RPM bumper on the front because he/she (probably) can't drive like Maifield.

I don't think that this is the case with *this* car, for many of the same reasons listed above, but anyone can stick a bumper or stickers on a car, or change electronics.

anyway you look at it you got a decent looking b4. Even if its completely wore out and you paid way too much its a great build platform or a great donor car. Either way go Associated!
