Congrats, and couldn't agree more! Seems like we were just graduating
Is he a car guy? I was a few years behind in finding this program but Ford has an excellent training program where they basically sponsor you to go to college and you get an associate degree as well as Ford training. I had a friend do it right out of high school and I did it about 6 years later. There were plenty of scholarships, many went unused. I basically paid for books and got my degree and a job for no investment. I was able to work while doing the program too. Is recommend it to anyone that doesn't want to pay for school!

ya know........ he's into cars, but nowhere near the extent of myself or my dad. he's more into computers and that whole thing. he's gonna be starting community college in september to get into the I.T. field.gomachv wrote:Congrats, and couldn't agree more! Seems like we were just graduating

i doubt he'll be going anywhere soon, which is fine. but the other week, i went into his bedroom with a tape measure acting like i was working on something. he asked what i was doing, and i told him i was checking to see if my work bench would fit along one of his walls.marlo wrote:Congrats , and when he moves out, there's one more room for the hobby

And, i just fully remodeled his room a couple years ago before i started redoing my new hobby room. So, i don't even have to do anything in there.
