I finished the car and drove it today!
I've pretty much had it done for a while but I was getting the whole motor/esc thing sorted.
I've got an Xl-5 in it with a Venom 17x2 fireball and I'm having a hell of a time getting the Fireball to not overheat. It's fast, though, and if it doesn't live up to it's name I won't complain too much.
I have JK Racing's setup and it handles great. I'm pleasantly surprised.

If I remember correctly, those Fireball motors are very hit and miss and tend not to have a long lifespan. Hopefully you have better luck than I had!

I know it's not a great motor, it was part of a big motor lot from Rccars4all. I'll probably put in a Trinity Chameleon next.
