Does anyone have a Procat bumper to swap for this XLS bumper?

As you can see, two lexan strips have been glued to give the correct spacing between the lower belt cover and bumper. The bumper itself is intact.

It took me almost 18 months to replace a broken Procat bumper a while back. I had to buy $80 worth of stuff to get at it too.
Probably easier buying an old junker realy.

I can't fully claim all the credit for this as it was printed by a company in Bristol for me, but it was my CAD model etc....

The bumper on the left is the original. The repro bumper is on the right and needs some radii tweaks but it fits!

Just curious on the difference of the Cat XL, XLS & Pro Cat.

I can't tell the difference looking at my Cat XL to Pro Cat as i'm sure they aren't 100% standard.

From memory the Cat XLS has chrome wheels, Sway bars & one Way. Not Sure.

The CAT 2000 series (EC SE 98) and CAT 3000 share many parts but they have different motor and battery layouts. Is a universal chassis with holes to support the different layouts feasible or is there a significant difference between the layouts?...
