neat car AGI Jammer I think

Post by asashaw »

I need pictures of the front end of this if anyone has them. there used to be a post but it is down now. I thought the front end was associated pan car but tried 12 scale front suspension mounts but the holes did not line up, but they are close... maybe its 10 scale front suspension mounts.... any help would be great.
thanks

I have some RC10L pan car front suspension floating, do you want them measuring to see?

every one i've ever seen used the advance racing technology front end from their agitator pan car. hence the "AGI".

i don't have any pics, though.

Ok, now I understand what you're looking for. I thought it was just a mid mounted trans on a stock chassis. I should have seen the drill patern on the chassis. I have a picture of the conversion somewhere, but I can't find it.

Just to remind everyone, the ad in the magazines featured a picture of the "big 3" (ultima, rc10, jrx2) with the chassis conversion. The losi version had the 5 link set up. It was a black and white ad that probably ran between 1989-90.

I have a picture of the pan car, but I'm not sure if it's the exact same set up as the buggy conversion.

Regards,
highwayracer

The front blocks appear to be 1/12 scale.

Hope this helps.

Looks like 12E/L steering blocks with Bolink Legends (or whatever...) threaded axles. Asa appears to be covered!

the blue parts on white looks great. i like the conical washers on the tranny brace i want to do that for one of my trucks now or my project rc10.... oh, by the way purple on white is very nice looking too

:edit: are the conical washers from the rc8?
