RC10T cleanup and repair

I've got no information on this RC. I was hoping the experts on here could fill in the gaps.

7001, the first version of the 10T. If you were the winner, looks like a good solid truck for what you paid

I thought so too, it ended up being $107 shipped.

I always wanted a RC10t, just don't know much about them.

The white plastic made me think it was an early model. Did these come with the 6gear transmission?

no, still a stealth. It lacked universals and a graphite trans brace as well as a few other little things vs a later 7035 truck. It would have come with both narrow and skinny fronts, three piece wheels, steel front axles, a B stamp chassis (offset battery on very early trucks, centered on later) and thinner towers.

I'd run it. It's in that gray area where it could go either way.......but if it was me, have some fun with it, and when you're done someday, then clean it up and set it on a shelf.

That's actually what I was looking for. I got this one because it came in under my $100 budget.

I took your advice and found a T4 roller. I doubt I can keep from taking this one out, but at least it might keep it from getting torn up.
