That lipo has just sat in that truck for years at whatever charge I left it in. I plugged it in today to see what condition it was in. Before and after charge below. Kind of amazed.

Did the Early 10s come with 4 Spring Cups, or Cups on the Rear, and Unsplit Perches on the Front? Would Unsplit Perches be correct for Edinger?

the edinger cars has solid spring cups. the early ones had larger diameter cups on the back.

Hey guys. Took apart the transmission of my 10t to clean it up, assess the condition, and throw in some new bearings... in the process, I noticed my diff thrust spring (that goes in the drive shaft) is missing. I have one on order, but I’m wondering...

No, not the same.

It was probably a good idea to replace the thrust spring anyways. If they loose tension, it can cause the diff to run loose and damage it.

Word is the Strike is on the way out and is going to be replaced this year with something better. Horizon has seen that it isn't a very good product and are working on something better. They know it can't compete with the sc10.

It's getting pretty hot down here in the south. I've been riding my bmx cruiser for a few hours during the mid day heat to prepare for a brutally hot summer. The Gulf of Mexico is still a refreshing 85 degrees... should top 90 degrees soon :shock:
