Makes me wonder whatever happened to mine with the box art paint scheme. I think it went to ebay and then from there, who knows.

Good point, but what if an impromptu vintage 4wd dirt oval race breaks out right in front of my house?? I really prefer my shelfers be ready to race in a moments notice! I'd look like a fool!! :x
 I thought that was very funny 8)

Like the stock plastic 834B wheels, you glued the tires in place.
Brian is correct in that Mini Mags didn't have ridges but The RPS Mags that the Ranch Pit Shop sold for the 834B did have them and they are the same size as the Mini version. I've got some in the slotted (RPS 5070) and the Centerline aluminum disc style (RPS 5071) so I think the ones you showed in the original post from 2010 are the RPS slotted wheels. My .02 worth.

Very cool! Will you post the project on this forum? A fellow Dominator owner is very interested. :D

Yeah baby, YEAH!

Someday I really want to fit some appropriate tires, take the car to a nice smooth parking lot, set up some cones to define an oval and experience the good old days again.
I think the Dominator was the original drift car. Just pin the throttle and steer. So much fun!!!!
