I have a need for some of these old style connectors but don't recall the name of them. Is there a source to obtain a few? I have several cars needing them and would like to keep them original as possible.

Race Prep version 2..with the long tab to prevent it from being connected backwards.

anyone know what this peice is called or where i can get one? i know what it does obviously, but is there a term/name for it? brake pad? brake cam? im looking for one if anyone has one

thats exactly right... the bar that has the push peice there thats still in tact moves via servo, and presses again flywheel to stop.

What is the chaff left over from injection molding? You know, the sharp stuff you have to trim/file off bodies and parts. I need the word and it escapes me at the moment ... :?

I bought a raborn chassis back in 96 that had a directdrive tranny that looks like the one i saw on ebay with no diff in it.But mine is gold and angled up at 45 degrees,an can put the motor on either side the diff.Doesnt fit any rc10s unless you...

I am a newbie in RCs and Li-Pos, I only ran NiCds in the past and very little of that. I am just finishing cleaning and restoring (not full restore just bearings etc) my RC10T and I just got my first Li-Po batteries (Gens Ace 4000mAh 25C #2S1P) and...

I found that if you first generously tin the connectors on the deans connector.
Then you tin the wires and let them both cool down.
Now heat the wire and add enough solder to make your connection the bring the soldering iron and the wire together...

I've got this esc set up (old Novak T-1X) with connectors I haven't seen before, and can't find now. It's a blade style with plus and minus on opposite sides of the blade, and is a one-way fit.
