So sorry to here about Chops , we never get enough time with them but in that time there is so much love , I hope grief turns to good memories swiftly for you .

Boxer overload lately. The two fosters are a handful- but adorable (when sleeping). 5 is too many.

Ours are glad winter arrived so the tiny dog fireplace gets broken out. About 18 pounds between the 2.

Crikey! My Louie is probably about 70 pounds on his own! Then again, that's why I have a broken finger...

We had 4 dogs for a while but now we max out at three , mind you we have Border Collies mostly , more neurotic but less bonkers than Boxers , for me really it camoes down to how fast you can get them back on leads during a walk , one is easy and on rural roads it can stay off lead until a car comes and it's easy to get it back on the lead , two is still possible but getting three or more back on leads in a hurry is another thing , walking any distance with five Boxers on leads .... Well you must be stronger than me

Virtually no sleep last night , Em had us up on the hour every hour , now started labour but puppies are still some hours away yet , she's like a cat on hot bricks , wish her luck and keep her in your prayers , this will be the first whelping I've been here for without my wife but my daughter who's 20 has been there for most of them and she's going to be a great help , having said that the wife might be home before the puppies arrive
