What paint to use on refinishing Turbo Ultima rims?

Decided against buying secondary market rims for my restoration and can’t find new condition rims. I will make an attempt at restoring the ones that I got with it. Does anyone know which silver paint is the best match for the original TU rims?

This matches perfect...one light coat is all it takes...anymore and it will be too shiny...got it at Wal-Mart

This is exactly how it went down...I dismounted the old tires, threw the old rear wheels in the dishwasher for a 1hr quick wash, then too thecwheels and lightly hit them with that paint, very lightly...that's it...they get better as they dry, so patient...they look too shiny at first, after 24hrs, they look perfect

This is purely for show right ? If you run them, the paint will chip off

I would think the dishwasher would melt the rims a bit, little bit leery of doing that

Mine didn't, but I had it on 1hr quick wash, no heat dry...be careful
