This will probably sound strange, but I kind of like the green screws on the orange chassis. :)
orangemazda wrote:Haha! Yeah, it's a lot of black on orange action! I'm still debating if I should go with natural colored shock towers. Opinions?

The green chassis screws aren't helping the situation either. Anyone know where to get black or silver chassis screws?

Hi,

Here you go,

I believe 8-32 screws are 100 degrees phillips.

I've used their black screws many times, they are good quality.

You could just polish the factory screw heads. Chuck them up in a drill with some sand paper.

I bought 50 of the black screws for various projects. I like them much better! I'll most likely shorten one down for the nose piece center screw too.

Looks better with black shock towers and black screws. Things always look best when the number of colors are limited.

Got my shocks all polished up and installed. Now I need to figure out exactly what I want to do for wheels and tires.

Anyone know where I might find some stock rear RC10T tires. NIP or very nice shape?

I got my body all trimmed up, still trying to figure out what wheels and tires I want to use.

Those wheels are pretty sweet but unfortunately I currently have 1/4" universals on there and those wheels are 3/16". I may have to rethink my axle choice.

Couldn't you drill out the axle holes?
