Updated !! Pictures of my Losi XXX-SCT Short Course Truck.
For all you hardcore Losi fans, who were a little disappointed with the
strike SCT not being built off of the XXX-T platform, here are some pictures of a Losi XXX-SCT .
These pictures were taken from deep with in Area 69 Research and Development.

Was this for real? That is the kind of truck I would have expected from Losi to compete with the SC10 and Blitz.

Hopefully the paint job will be a little more realistic. I find the strike looks to much like a toy, especially with those cheesy chrome wheels. I like the strike, but just not the look (and that is the main point of this class, scale looks!). It's cool that they will offer two types of truck, they will satisfy both the racer and the basher.

The scale looks is just one aspect of the class. I REALLY enjoy driving in the Slash class. My local tracks try to separate the SC10s' ,modified slashes, SC8e. ect. into a "open corr class". They really try to keep the slash class as budget friendly as possible. Which is great for beginners and veterans alike. Just good clean hackin and crashin.

Sorry for trying to fool you guys, I justed wanted to see if anyone would believe this was real.DHC6 wrote:Hopefully the paint job will be a little more realistic. Sadly Losi will probably never build one these, but I wish they would.
I custom made this myself , out of a old Losi MF1 that my friend had laying around that he didn't want .
I stretched the Chassis, using a old buggy chassis and bridged the two half's together with the center section of a T4 chassis.
I used all the Associated SC10 bumpers, body mounts, wheels and fitted with a JConcepts SC10 body.
PS. I'm a big fan of Cheesy Chrome Wheels.
