ANY DUAL SPORT CONVERSION CHASSIS KITS ??OR ALLOY PARTS?

Post by THUNDERSTRIKE1 »

I just picked up one and its sweet. Its the only one ive seen for the DS CARS.Now if i had all the DS alloy parts to bling it out.HMMMMMM Don  Havent seen any hopped up ds cars around cept for few standard hopups or powdercoated chassis.Mine arent DS cars any more their a truck now lol Dually to be exact just waitin on my rear tower from treehugger and to find me a welder to fix the chassis tub halves the way i want.No good chassis were hurt in this venture lol They were swiss cheesed by previous ebay sellers or rcers lol.Be minty fresh and restored when im done. Some of you know the body thats been seen at clodtalk. Was on my stretched out xxt losi i couldnt get it to run right in 6x6 mode.So i restored the xxt to shelf status minus a body for it.Ive not had to modify any ds parts. It has two DS rearends on it and custom narrowed carbon fibre front end with rc10 short andys arms.DS was to wide and didnt want to narrow that nose lol.Its a clod body built for two rearends two cabs plastic welded together and two beds welded together. Now i got to make the dually fenders connected together they are so close.Should i cut up two beater clod beds to get the body lines back in the dually fenders and put a top plate over it and fill and sand it into shape?Or other ideas?Don
