Kyosho Plazma MKIII tweek adjustment?

Guys,

Aside from drilling two holes at the front "T-bar" attachment point to add tweek screws, how are you supposed to adjust the tweek on the Kyosho Plazma MKIII? I have a copy of hte instructions, but they are only in Japanese.

Any advice would be helpful,

Well I was pissed cause the seller pulled back the pretty MKIII on me just before I was about to win the yahoo japan auction. :x

Well, it was on my doorstep when I came home last week.
Beside the steering setup missing and the topdeck being shortened way back, it was not too bad.

I did stupidly loose one of the hexes that hold the wheels :oops: and the right...

looking for some info about these 2 cars,
Kyosho Plazma MK II
and
NX201 Roadrunner

the Kyosho works fine , NX20 control has some corrosion on the battery box and cannot test it.

I have probably missed this in the manual, but is there a starting point for adjustment of the slipper on the T4.1 with the white pads?

I thought i read on here to get the orange pads, is that true?

Hey all - Been enjoying my (new to me) rc10gt a bunch. I have a question about how to adjust the steering though.

My remote control's adjustment (the fine tuning 'wheel', pot switch, whatever ya'll call it) is cranked all the way to get teh wheels...

OR depending how far off the prvious owner built the car you might have to readjust the turnbuckles as well. But first center the horn on the servo

Can anyone explain the purpose of the center slipper in the 870C, and under what circumstances you would tighten or loosen it?

you might want to explore some of the YR4 manuals, especially the very first one. it is essentially the 870c with touring car arms. So there may be further tuning info in the manual, as I think(can't remember exactly) if they still kept that front...

A couple years ago I got this very very sorry state plazma on yahoo auctons Japan. Missing the body ofcourse and I believe at least part of the upperchassis. Tires dry-rotten and cracked, wheels warped and enamel laquered (half chipped off ofcurse)....

New are the 5mm steel axle with SG Prosso rear wheels and the spur bolted direct on the wheel. The spur is pretty much standard but 64dp just because I bought a bunch of pinions by mistake on...
