Contacting Fibre-Lyte

Post by top cat mike »

Has anybody had a problem communicating with this company. I had sent them an email last week about purchasing some bits from them for a CAT XLS. I used the email address they provide on their website and have gotten no response. I am not in dire need of the parts I was seeking I just find it to be bad business to not respond to customer inquiry.

Wondering if anybody has experienced the same.

Yeah, I would contact Stephen directly. He usually responds from the sales e-mail address. Very quick service and very patient.

Great company. Add these strips to your shopping list and you'll never split another undertray. Also stiffens up the chassis too.
