Very starange VINTAGE RC10 chassis. What is it?

I came across this strange RC10 chassis picture. Is it an aftermarket chassis? If so who's is it and where can I buy one?
It kinda looks like the Masami RC10

What's worth bupkis are those two thin strips of CF that are meant to support to the nose brace tubes. :?

:lol: Ok, as you can see there is a bit of sensitivity about that here :wink: Assuming you are looking to get one either partial or a built car (like the car in the image) that chassis set sold for $99 about 2 years ago
