Well it was my birthday a few days ago and since the woman said I could do anything I wanted... I opened a gold box rc10 and got to building. Well a few minutes into it I noticed that this open box that was supposedly only missing the front shocks had a really messed up chassis and some bad parts... Well I decided to use this almost mint vintage blue tub. See my post to view these strange plastic parts:
Anyways, I used .71 shocks with travel limiters on the front end and the top holes on the shock tower like Jammin Jay's Dad said to! I have to look through my parts for a new transmission case, and I could use some help if anyone has a turnbuckle like the one in the picture about 1.5 inches long or slightly longer and I can cut it, as long as it looks the same. Thanks for your help.

I'm painting my RC10 body using Fascolor Red and I wanted to know what color to use as a top coat. I know to use silver with white, but what about with red? thanks for the insight.

I am surprised Scr8p (Mr. Kyosho) didn't point out that those are NOT AE shocks on that RC10. :lol:

I had people saying to me that they didn't like the bright flashy colors. They also thought white was too bright while black was too dark. They wanted something that was like a pale black.

Looking at pictures online, those look too be all one piece. They would be hard to print like that and...

Print the picture out and take to a good paint shop, they have computers that can match the paint and give a color mixture, if it is a mom and pop shop they should not have a problem giving you the color ratio to get it pretty close.
