Anyone have any recommendations for other spring clamps that can be used with the 10/10t? Mine were stripped out long ago and the spring spacer clips don't provide enough spacing for me. They are no longer available from AE. If anyone knows of other...

Did the Early 10s come with 4 Spring Cups, or Cups on the Rear, and Unsplit Perches on the Front? Would Unsplit Perches be correct for Edinger?

the edinger cars has solid spring cups. the early ones had larger diameter cups on the back.

Hey guys. Took apart the transmission of my 10t to clean it up, assess the condition, and throw in some new bearings... in the process, I noticed my diff thrust spring (that goes in the drive shaft) is missing. I have one on order, but I’m wondering...

No, not the same.

It was probably a good idea to replace the thrust spring anyways. If they loose tension, it can cause the diff to run loose and damage it.

I only ever had one set of these, on a GT that is long gone. I've not seen another set since.
Anybody know who made them or what they were for?

I use the clip-ons to set my clamps at the same level, then remove the slip-ons :mrgreen:
I guess if i had the threaded shocks I'd do the same still.

These came on a car I just got. they are aluminum and have a set screw to clamp in place. the springs are recessed inside the clamp. Home-made or a production piece?

These are the CRP/RCH shock clamps

The two set screws are 90 degrees from the each other.

The way these allow the spring up inside reminds me of the early CRP coilovers for the SRB's Obviously these are much larger but similar in design....
