1984 Gold Pan B Chassis

Post by Stonecold »

I'm new to the forum and to the gold pan car. I have a chance at getting an original B chassis car. The seller has had this for quite a while and has sanded down the chassis and painted it. He wants $75 for it. I want to re-build it with a gold pan and hate that he painted this one but I'm unsure if this is woth the hastle and $$. What do you think? Not trying to see what it's worth, just trying to get an idea if I should invest my time and cash into restoring it.

Your post is close to breaking forum rules.....but I think it is safe for me to tell you to pass. You can find a decent car for under $100

It's not an original from 1984. The B chassis is a dead giveaway.

It has the stealth chassis, just not pictured. He had it out because he was in the process of rebuilding it. So what's the year for a "B" chassis?
