Yes decals are underneath. I have not fired either one yet. The assault engine was bought from a collector and has not been run yet. I removed it from the original packaging a couple of months ago.

Yea, the Pathfinder is a Kyosho 1:9 scale 4x4. Slowing trying to get it in running condition. (I have 2, but the other one may be a crawler).

BTW, all the paint jobs were done using rattle can and hand cut masks....

Yesterday I went to an old hobby shop south of me and asked if they had any old school RC10 parts squirreled away somewhere. The guy led me to the back room where over the work bench on a peg board were a bunch of parts. Heres what I got:

Rick Jordan of RJ Speed was kind enough to email me back after I had a question about classic bodies. He informed me that he's recently acquired a number of BoLink's original molds and that many of the classic bodies are now for sale at scroll down...

Chris (The A in Team A&L) has a bunch of lexan ordered and has been getting the molds ready. It won't be long until we see some new old bodies for the first time in many years. He also has many Losi and Traxxas molds since A&L were the producers of...

I got board at work and found myself on TBG site...

I needed a Jrx2 wing, but figured that if I was paying for shipping, I might as well grab a couple of bodies. I picked up a MRP Mears body and a Jammin Jay Jumper body along with the Losi wing....

What is the best way to paint the body? Type of paint to use? Airbrush/can?
I've painted 4-5 bodies all look OK to Good, but want learn to do great paint jobs.

The first one in line was one of Mrlexan's repops for the 870C. Unfortunately it didn't go all that well: I played araound with the masking and cans to get transition effects, but,...
