This Yokomo 834B last saw action in 2010 when we had a local vintage event - after which it was put on a shelf and untouched for the last 7 years. lol! :)

Standing proud at NOOB Vintage 2010.

First, does anyone have a clear copy of the TrackMaster X Caliber Direct Drive Instructions? The ones in the scans forum are hijacked.

Second, do both trans use the same #7113 diff thrust half?

Just saw these listed at RC Carbon works... they look like take offs of the old trackmaster transmissions.

I'm just unclear where the parts to complete them could be found? Like the belt, the stand offs/spacers, the correct diff, and...

well got my com com lazer out tonight and after being heavy into TCs for about six months it was a great change so i decided to put together the last two zxr s i bought of the bay i finished my nib sport so it will be a dual resto ,going to need...

well i added another zx to my collection this week :roll: so i thought i would spend some time on my CF zxr runner before it arrives it was in need of a major service .
i replaced the rear belt, lubed and rebuilt the diffs, just the general lube...

Can you please help identify this belt drive transmission that came with a Grapite RC10 I picked up? There is no branding at all on it.

Belts are more efficient than gears but are more expensive and add a little more complexity in design because belts are finicky about getting the tension right.

They're still used often in modern RC cars running brushless + lipo......just more so...

Would anyone know a good source (original or aftermarket) for the front drive belt for the MX-4?
Part number is ZM-567
3mm pitch and 189T
