I'm more of a high winger but can appreciate a well done low wing.

I can appreciate both. I guess it depends on style of the time and the car it's on. I think "old school" and Europe when I see a high wing. Not sure why.
Hope you're doin' something fun.

Low I guess , there are exceptions but generally low and far back , I hated wings when I was young and removed them mostly .
If a jobs not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well.

I thought this was going to be about airplanes  I clicked on it, all prepared to talk about the stability and easy controls of a high wing vs the maneuverability and performance of a low wing.

For buggies, I suppose I prefer low wing, but it is really determined by the body.

If wing height is adjustable, I like the wing to be almost in line with the body's roof-line, so airflow over the roof passes more smoothly over the wing. Not sticking up too high or hanging back too far.

However, it irks me when I see a wing mounted with a downward angle on the trailing edge. It's not doing anything useful when it's angled down.
