Spy Photos: MrLexan's Vintage nats entry
A covert operation was able to uncover these rare exclusive photos of mrlexans vintage ride during a recent test and tune.
opting for stealth he decided to use a silver can motor with taped up wires so as to not draw attention to himself on the track originally he had a super rare vintage brushless associated stock motor installed, but that proved to be too hot to handle. wanting to get the jump off the line he decided to direct wire through a sophisticated solid-state throttle control mechanism with only the best crimped spade connectors. To further throw off spectators, he made sure(as much as it pained him) that none of the phillips head screws on the bottom of the chassis were lined up. The extra long servo turnbuckle allows positioning of the servo further back than stock. This along with removing the nose tubes and sway bar puts almost no weight up front for maximum rear traction. the complete car waiting for a tire change between rounds, I tried to get more, but this will have to do for now.

I do plan on bringing this to the vintage nats in all its unrestored glory. I would like to complete the car though, and will make sure everything actually works. for safety reasons I will replace the battery pack, I tried to charge it and it was a no-go. Time to hit wally world and pick up another one.
Anybody got any not-quite-straight nose tubes to donate

Hello,
I like this old school style, it's very nice.
I think's the best solution is to keep you car in this configuration.
