I almost forgot to vote. Looks like it's tied up now. Where's the Hobbywing part on that B2?

All kits should have come with decals. Chances are your kit had the 6196 decal set.

Re: Thoughts on the Re-Release Movement in RC

These cheap Taiwan rere kits do not affect vintage collectors at all.

Rere kits are great for those that want to build, run them, and do not care if it's a replica. Not everyone is a purist, and that's ok.

Re: 1991 RC10 TEAM CAR No. 6036

I find that "Bel-Ray Track Side Motor Bath" can interesting. Never seen one before. They are cool relics. Howard from Bel-Ray would show up at big events and clean motors. He had blue oiler pens that he’d pass out or sell. It was really thin. I sent this pic to Bob Currie a few weeks ago,...

Was that #6196 decal sheet rare in 2010? It's extremely common and used in several kits from the 6030 - 6037.

Re: Ultimate Vintage Brushed Motor Reference Guide (Discussion Topic)

Pink end bells seem less common. I had a B&R but got rid of it because I don't collect B&R. These are the others that I know of: . 1000016352.jpg Frank CAM as well as Cobra never used pink Trinity breakdowns as see in your photo. Twister is the Mike Walker pocket rocket line that I mentione...

Re: Quality tools

Not all #2 phillips head screwdrivers are the same either. This mainly comes into play when you are working with aluminum screws and don't want to create marks.

Track Master Oval build

You don't see many Track Master oval builds, so I figured that I'd venture down that path. Bob was kind enough to send the graphite chassis kit several months ago, and I just sourced the elusive rear oval tower. The cf weave is different (small pattern) on the rear tower. I have the rest of the part...

Re: Tekin ACK-TO1 Active-Link 10T hopped-up build

Right after I posted the pic I realized the Mip Change Box will not work since you need to flip it. I guess that means I'll need to use a 2.25 Stealth case with AE diff & idler gears.

Tekin ACK-TO1 Active-Link 10T hopped-up build

I figured it was time to start another build thread. I haven’t seen many hopped up Tekin 10T’s out there, so I figured that I’d add one more. Shocks aren’t in the pic, but they will be AE hard ano unless I can source more Mip bodies. I was planning on using a Losi Hydra-drive, but this Schumacher Vi...
