Re: What's the best R/C car name ever?
Something tells me that we've veered off topic a touch here. Why don't we all just settle down a bit, kick back with a couple chicks and a cup of coffee, and redirect back to where we should be, looking at Midnight Pumpkins! What about Vanessa's Lunchbox? I've wondered about that too. Was...

There was no way to know what they were picking up on but I believe it was du...

Re: Tamiya Joy Rides Lineup 1995
Interesting seeing the stuff from the mid-90's. '95 is about the time I started about a 10-year hiatus. I had kept a lot of my stuff and might look at it occasionally but wasn't keeping up with the industry.

Re: Pro-Tech 701 pics, Data, and Manual
You set it to 6 cells, turn the timer on and then connect the battery wires to the motor. I said I do it, I didn't say it's a great idea. I'm sure I'm not the only one here that does this in lieu of buying a dyno. Obviously, you don't get the actual specs of the motor, but you can at least tel...

I wasn't real sure where to put this. Interesting but not really new topic worthy.

I still have my original 702. I always wanted the 701. This thing has about a million miles on it. I still use it solely for testing and tweaking brushed motors.

The Offspring are always good with an ice cold Busch Light on the back deck on a Saturday evening. IMHO

AI Generated R/C Images
Some may hate me for this, but I've been playing with Gemini to create images. It's pretty addictive. Just an example. I'm sure I'm an amateur.

I always thought the Digger was a lot older than these. I must always be confusing it with another Bolink.

Re: Picture of the day. (Taken by you)
True story: My wife's dad wanted to surprise us by having doves released at our wedding as we wa came out. The second they let them go, a hawk swooped in and attacked one. Luckily it lived. My brother in law said he saw it perched up there waiting but couldn't find the guy to warn him.
