Re: Hello from Socal
I got my Yokomo MR4TC running but I'm thinking of changing the ESC and servo back to KO Propo to keep everything in the same time frame. Let me hear some opinions.

Re: Futaba fp-t3pg magnum senior partial tear down
The new one was in rough shape with a lot of oxidation on the metal parts. As well the trigger was sticky. Sticky like you pull the trigger back/push it forward and it's sluggish to return to center? If so, working the trigger back & forth for several minutes usually free's them up. May takes a...

Re: Sealed RC10 Edinger #6016
Shrink wrapped with White Labels on the box sides would make it a Late Edinger.Curious how "early" a kit like this would have been produced?
Produced mid to late 1985 early '86?

Re: Joe's Broken Golden Arrow
I don't know much of these but I fixed one of these type boards for a friend by going over all the solder points on the board with a reflow gun but you could just touch then up with a soldering iron , these old boards were usually pretty robust in the components but suffered from dry solder joints .

Re: If I was in charge
I would like to start seeing all the plastic parts come in black as well. With the DS re-re they've already produced a handful of the parts in black, they just haven't come available for sale individually yet. Also, option parts would be nice to see. Different toe rear hubs, different caster blocks....

So I took my vintage Losi to the track..
I drove up to Hobby Action raceway in Chandler AZ on Tuesday with my JRX-Pro and a pair of modern Associated buggies (B7 and 74.2D) and managed to break all 3. The B74.2 was just electrical gremlins and the B7 broke both a servo horn and a ball cup, but the Losi broke a rear H-arm and the steel oute...

Reimagining Reissued RC cars
How would you reimagine reissued RC cars if you had a say in production and development at an RC company? I had one idea that involved keeping the same dimensions, body, and mechanical basics of the original (trailing arm, or three gear tranmission, or midship motor, etc.), but revising everything e...

Re: RC10 T2 questions
The current RC10T re release parts such as all the arms, castor blocks, bulkhead (not rear bulkhead though) and other parts will fit the RC10 T2 with no problems, they are all dimensionality identical, just different looks. Customworks B2 slipper eliminator works for that truck. The two screw versio...

Re: AI and the RC10Talk forum
AI is a pretty generic term and I think it is perceived or interpreted broadly. And often associated with use cases, despite it being more like a science or a discipline. The public understands AI from tools like ChatGPT and news articles, which as we know tend to sensationalize for the monies. But ...
