I don't buy from AE, I shop elsewhere usually with coupon codes. I don't like the way they try to steal customers away from hobby shops, and I can save some money at the same time.

So many new parts.

"Rough" math to figure out the total costs with the AE Add-on parts. My initial guess would be right on!
(I know this is a fruitless and useless cost comparison, but hey, why not?)
I should add that all parts cost came from AE's website and that I'm adding in their costs of the fancy parts at their price while subtracting their cost of the standard kits parts to show a "fully loaded" price.

Dunno... GP3D doesn't list parts separately

Does beg to question how much Associated's kit is going to hurt them... not just monetarily as Associated will get more pre-orders than GP3D would sell, ever... but emotionally, having done all the work to create the car just to have Associated pull the rug out from under them.
