Yeah those white tube things are really good for nothing when longer than an inch or two.

Did some measuring, it looks like these Duratrax DTXC2613 3" body posts will work perfectly...and even better, my LHS happens to have 'em in stock! So no additional 2-week delay! I can get back to work on it this weekend.

I've seen on-road touring & pan cars with angled and straight servo mounts and was wondering what the pros & cons were, and how or if it affects steering functionality? It's just an observation as the RC12L3 I'm working on has an angled mount while...

Either option works.Angle mounted seems to allow for tighter areas where electronics are really close.Plus ive yet to bust an angle servo yet compared to flat mounting one.DON :lol:

Either option may work, but track conditions are the deciding...

For those whom know....I have already ordered a couple replacement sets (hoping the B2 rear mounts are the same!!)...as I am cleaning up my B3, I noticed the rear mounts 'say' different things. R3/3 (I know this is 3 degrees in, 3 degrees squat),...

Yes, the re-re wheels work fine. They are correct for the B2, they are the 'narrow' version. I do have one used set of 'real' b3 wheels. They will have some fresh tires mounted soon :)
