I painted the body with Tamiya spray cans, how 80's is this?

This is the pinkest body I have ever painted.

Remarkable restoration, excellent job. The body you got with the car would even look super on the car now but new body and paint is outstanding.

Hey gang, quick question for you. Does anyone happen to know what Yokomo or AE graphite piece Masami cut down to make the custom rear extension for the rear turnbuckles to attach to on his 870? Trying to figure it out is giving me a headache lol

I don't think it was anything in particular. Just some flat carbon fiber cut to shape. Probably 3mm thick.

well i havent ran it in years, but here it is anyway lol, these cars in my opinion were the design model for all the new b44/jconcepts/yokomo cars of today, the designs are all based from this car pretty much

Had a chassis around for quite a while, started to build a runner.

Shocks built and top deck attached. New wheel set, turnbuckles and RPM suspension.

I have installed black yr-4 bulkhead caps temporarily - if someone knows how to strip lexan paint...

Finally finished my Works Yokomo project. It has some 93 parts namely rear tower and steering. A white nylon front bulkhead and black plastic rear one. A new alloy motor mount with tensioners for both front and rear belts and a new slipper...

Just picked up a yokomo, and I am planning on building it up as a runner to use with our little vintage group we have up here. I have some questions as to what I actually have as i seem to see a few variations on the YZ10. My plan is too build a new...

I'm not as familiar with the early Yokomo off-road cars and have started reading up on it (and checking the forum). Regarding the 1987 YZ870C Super Dog Fighter and YZ10, I understand that some parts are interchangeable. How far does it go where...
