That's what I did last week to trim the outer 2mm of my plazma wheels 8)
Unfortunalely I only have a cheap drilla and it wobbles badly, so I can't do any finework for anything which doesn't fit the dremel

I still have my 30 year old drill that have a middle part in aluminum so I can fasten in a vise. Another good thing is that the drill has a variable rpm adjuster built in. 8)

Looks great, Lars! If you have 1000 & 1500-grit sandpaper, I'd hit those wheels with some wet-sanding, then follow that up with some polishing compound to give them a nice, high-gloss shine. Unless you prefer the satin look, which also looks nice. I like how the rims contrast with the red inners and match the knock-offs. 8)

Lastly, as the sanded, polished aluminum is now raw & exposed to the elements, applying a bit of automotive car wax should give some protection to the polished surfaces.

This is yet another small update; I’m feeling that I lost my pace. One of my problems is that I can’t find my stuff; I have one reed oxide aluminum wing somewhere and I have some roof lights also. The other problems it that my mind are already working on my next project.

Now that is awesome! I love the wheels and the exhaust sticking out the back is a nice touch.

Amazing! I like the clean paint with a few key colored areas. Those wheels triggers the part of my brain that hosts "scale builds" 8)
