Does "OT-56 Aluminium Tapping Screw Set" include those 4 M2.6x8 screws that holds servo mount (part number 90)?

It looks like Kyosho used to sell a pack of M2.6 x 8 thread forming screws, for reference. Kyosho Par Number 1-S02608TP, or KYO1-S02608TP for online resellers.

am about to start finally building up my nix91, and realised that although i have gotten all the plastics, shocks, hinge pins, ball studs, track rods etc etc im missing one rather important part.... screws lol, im not a fan of stainless...

The setscrew can offset the pin in the assembly and cause binding.

I don't use the set screw. I use tiny drops of CA glue to lock the gap on the retainer clip 90 degrees to the cva pin.

My grub screw fell out of my anti roll collar.
I have tried a 3mm set screw, 256, 440.
None fit, does anyone know what size it is or where I can get a replacement?

2.5mm...? Then you've definitely not got the stock sway bar end. Those set screws are probably going to be really tricky to find. You're probably better off ordering the sway bar ends to make things easier.

Does anyone know if Trinity made an equivalent screw set for the XX/XXT like the Factory Team Associated one. I cant recall Trinity ever making the long blue transmission screws...

I'm starting my 2nd restoration - a TQ10 - and I pretty much need all new screws for it. I have seen this set (below), but I'm wondering if there may be a cheaper set elsewhere without the flashy blue anodize. The blue is cool, but I'd be willing to...

Fastener-Express.com is good quality, same as McMaster, although I've had a little bit of inconsistancy from each place to be honest (I find you get a couple lousy hexes our of each hundred no matter where you buy from)

My Turbo Optima re-re assembly was going swimmingly, yet just as I was hitting my stride around step 16, I hit my first real snag. If I address the problem now, I think it’ll mean tearing apart the whole front-end to replace the entire front gearbox...

Finally got those aluminum radio plate holder thingies - they went on a heckuva lot easier than the stock ones and actually eliminate that nut that I stripped. Very happy with that purchase. Pics attached. Now I just have to get motivated to finish...

Does anyone know what size allen wrench/hex is needed for the set screw on the lower front shock mount on a cadillac era RC10 buggy? I have the manual but this is not listed in the tool section at the beginning or on the step where this is...

If your talking about the screw that retains the pin holding the shock to the arm on a short arm car, it's an .050
