i've also been thinking of getting a setup so i can do powder coating and anodizing. if i can find a descent size oven for a descent price, i think i'm gonna. right now, that's all that's really keeping me from doing it.

i have a friend at work that has a laser engraver / burner and he can make your typical name plates and what not for tropheys and plaqes on anodized stuff.. so might be cool to get custom graphics and stuff burned through the anodized stuff..

Way too pretty...

Post by joeyskates »

I just picked up Jason's painted chassis and it is amazing, the pictures definitely don't do it justice. Seeing it now made me rethink about how or even if I'm going to build it, its that nice. I was leaning toward white parts before I got it but this thing is like a one off piece of art so regardless of if I build it or use it as a show chassis the way it is, I'll tell you right now, it is way too pretty to ever see any use.

Jason thanks a million!

Haha I love it, especially since I've always been into modified rc10s and don't have a nice stock aluminum pan chassis car.

Oh and wheres Hoopty when you need him... hey Hoopty, I pm'ed Jay (mrlexan) about some rc10talk.com stickers and he said to get in contact with you. I need a set to finish this car. Let me know how to get some and thanks.
