Battery Oops
So, finally had my first battery mishap. No puffing before charging (hard case, so might have been internal pressure I didn't see), no unusual readings on the charger. I was on the other side of the room, and heard a loud popping noise when it blew the hard case apart. Luckily, no worse damage or fi...

Re: What your workstation looks like?
Finally got my wheelchair accessible work area pretty much completed. I still have another 8 or so big boxes (and another 7 large toolboxes) of misc to sort through, but at least I've got room to get things done. About 2/3 of the lidded shoebox containers on shelves are individual vehicles torn down...

Re: Have Good News - Please post it here
I had major emergency abdominal surgery 3 years ago, and when I woke after the operations (unconscious for the full first month), I discovered my ankles and feet were now paralyzed. At the time, we lived in a small house, and all my RC gear was in my workshop in the basement, where I now had no way ...

I really like the handling of my M05 Mini Cooper, which is front wheel drive. Turns on a dime...give it a shot.

Re: Was anyone else into Mini Z's?
I have a few. I'd get more, but the prices are usually kinda high. Our new basement is much bigger than the old one, so I'd like to set up a nice flat oval eventually. The mini Z's are just the right size. (and the Losi 1/24 vehicles we've got)

Re: You know you're having a bad day when.....
Received a padded envelope from Amazon yesterday, I ordered a few batteries. Whomever packed it folded the adhesive sealing flap INTO the envelope, so it was wide open. Needless to say, it was also completely empty when it was stuck in my mailbox.
